摘要
This paper analyses the production of chicken in a poultry supply chain for broiler production. More precisely, the challenge in this study concerns the planning and scheduling of orders for the launch of breeding at suppliers (farms) that meet a deterministic demand of slaughterhouses while minimizing the costs of this chain. The purpose of such work is to propose decision-making mechanisms that ensure a breeding synchronization between the different farms of the studied poultry network, in order to deliver the best quantities of products, in the appropriate places and at the required time, while increasing the levels of service desired by costumers. The study is carried out on the poultry network of the region of Tlemcen for production of white meat, using optimization techniques for strategic and tactical decision-making to meet the fluctuating market demand.
