摘要
We have successfully synthesised the pure and Magnesium (Mg) doped BiFeO3 (BFO) nanoparticles. Partial doping of magnesium was done at Bi-site with 0.05%. The structure of pure BFO and Mg doped BFO was examined by X-ray power diffractometer (XRD). There has been change observed in the structure of Mg doped sample. The chemical composition and bonding nature has been studied by FTIR.
