摘要
Organic-inorganic hybrid films were prepared by sol-gel method, using different alkoxysilanes. All formulations were enriched with tetraisopropyl orthotitanate (TIP) or aluminium sec-butoxide (ASB), used as cross-linking agent. Thermal stabilities of the final hybrid films were evaluated and it was observed that the films with ASB, present a temperatures at which the maximum degradation rate (T-Vmax) is much lower than films with TIP. This effect is probably due to the presence of AlOH groups, which can play a role of catalyst over organic chains degradation.
