According to the present situation of the Corps of Distributed Space Data Center, How to efficiently access data service and safety certification of corps spatial information platform, become one of the urgent problems. In the study of OGC specifications and other technologies based on WEB development, Proposed a spatial information service structure and function modules for security certification and related technical services, The program in the Corps put to use spatial information platform to achieve the desired effect.
