WDM lasers and arrays for applications in optical networking and interconnect: overview and perspectives

摘要
The technologies to realize WDM laser arrays are addressed with focus on wavelength registration and manufacturing complexity. The challenges of applying the laser arrays in practical systems will be discussed. An application example to realize laser arrays for next-generation optical interconnect will be highlighted.
