摘要
In the context of the inspection of casting components by X-ray systems, a method is presented that proceeds by comparison between digital radiographs and previously acquired ones from defect-free components. Due to the nonperfect 3D positioning, the images have to be registered. The method we propose is based on a block correlative approach and a confidence based filtering. In the difference image, defects are enhanced using prior information on matching errors and then extracted. Results are presented on simulated and experimental data.
