摘要
As the continuous development of military technologies, in military there is a growing demand for talents who not only have a high level of knowledge, but also can meet the requirements of future war, and have certain spirit of innovation and teamwork skills. In order to make professional education students meet the job requirements, we must look for a teaching organizational form appropriate for professional education. And discussion-based teaching is helpful for meeting the goal of professional education. Discussion-based teaching is a teaching mode which has really grasped the characteristics of professional education and which has embodied students' autonomy. It develops students' thinking ability and enhances their autonomous learning awareness. Discussion-based teaching regards teachers as leaders, students as subjects, training as main line. While enhancing the connection among all kinds of elements of classroom teaching, it can inspire students' subjective initiative, cultivate their spirits of independent study, self-education and self-creation, really make students study something in order to supply it.
