摘要：

This paper, on the basis of combing the definition and characteristics of residential space, analyzes China's urban residential space evolution history and the existing problems. Then, from the two dimensions of public policy and space, it further explores strategies that can regulate residential space development in a harmony, "symbiosis" and sustainable way.
