Research on Training Condition of Chinese Intellectual Property Professionals

The paper analyses the concept and classification of Chinese intellectual property. And then it makes a detail demand analysis of Chinese intellectual property professionals (IPP), which includes practical intellectual property professionals and research intellectual property professionals. And it indicates some problems lies in Chinese intellectual property professionals training. The problems are the narrow universal scope of intellectual property, the serious lack of educated of intellectual property professionals and the shortage of intellectual property teachers. At last it gives some solutions to solve the problems.
