摘要:
Bulk anisotropic NanocompositeNd(2)Fe(14)B/alpha-Fe magnets were synthesized by hot pressingand subsequent hot deforming melt-spun ribbons with addition of Zn using spark plasma sintering(SPS). With increasing of Zn contents(0-5wt%), the magnetic properties of hot pressing magnets decreased; however, the magnetic properties of hot deforming magnets increased first, and then decreased and the maximum magnetic properties obtained at 2% Zn addition: Br = 1.06T, Hcj = 805 kA/m, (BH)m = 163 kJ/m(3).
