摘要
The evolving high-performance communication gadgets and applications will demand higher reliability, accessibility or coverage to achieve the massive data rate requirement. Consequently, the 5G cellular network is embracing the multi-tier heterogeneous network that incorporates the dense deployment of small cells or multipletiers of small cells i.e. pico and femto cells under macro cells to offer sufficient coverage and service quality. The research, therefore, aimed to measure and maximize the success probability and minimize the outage probability of a tier of multi-tier network in terms of network resource i.e. transmission power, bias, densities, etc. offer optimal success and outage probability to the user to ensure a better quality of service.
