摘要
This paper strives to unveil the impact of the Chinese's One Belt-One Road (OBOR) scholarships initiative to ward sustainable development within the educational industry of China. The study used a quantitative research method to explore the impact of OBOR on sustainable development of the education industry (ESD) and long-life learning (LLL) of the international students. The data were collected through random distribution of the questionnaires among two hundred and twenty three (n=223) international students studying under OBOR scholarships program in Beijing. To generate the outcome and to test the proposed hypotheses, correlations and regression analysis tools were utilized using SPSS package. The results indicated the positive associations between the OBOR initiative and ESD and LLL. It is concluded that OBOR is an excellent project by the Chinese government which supports education across the border which further assist achieving universal sustainable development in education and LLL of the international students by enriching and empowering their educational attitude.
