摘要：

The paper describes in detail the process of designing a magnetometer with induction coil and ferromagnetic core. This includes the analysis of core material parameters and the effect of heat treatment upon the magnetization characteristic, the choice of core dimensions based on the minimization of the demagnetization factor, determining the coil electrical parameters for both configurations, and the frequency response of the signal conditioning circuit associated to the sensor.
