摘要
Ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni2MnGa has a Heusler type crystal structure. Heusler type cubic structure transforms to tetragonal one by a thermoelastic martensitic transformation during cooling. Ni2MnGa bulk specimen is very brittle and then sputtered films and spark plasma sintering materials were made. Physical properties of bulk, sputtered films and spark plasma sintering material of stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric Ni2MnGa were measured and shape memory effect in sputtered film was observed. Sputtered film showed one way and two way shape memory effect with temperature change.
