摘要
In recent years, wind power and photovoltaic power generation have undergone rapid development in the world and the grid ancillary service demands are also getting higher and higher. It includes peak load regulation service cost and reserve capacity service cost. The reserve capacity cost adopts constant reliability of the power supply power method to determine reserve capacity and then to determine the cost change mechanism. Load adjustment cost is mainly analyzed through the change of load adjustment demand and then by using the load adjustment cost change mechanism. In this paper, through analyzing the change mechanism of ancillary service cost caused by the intermittent power supply connected in the system, a reference for determining the operating value of intermittent power supply is provided.
