摘要：

Micro-solid-phase extraction of the apple fruit aroma compounds with a helical solid sorbent is presented. The main factors that affect the partition equilibrium of volatile compounds using a polydimethylsiloxane helical sorbent are described. Comparison between a fiber sorbent and helical sorbent showed that the extraction time with the helical sorbent is shorter and the gas chromatographic separation is better The limit of detection is in the ppb range.
