摘要
Due to the economic development and the change of people's living habits, sports have become more and more important in people's life. Which promotes the development of sports apparel industry. Economic conditions improved, consumers are more serious to the function of wearing apparel, especially to sportswear. For summer sportswear, consumers consider how to cool, how to prevent the bacterium, making a comfortable and healthy dressing environment. Research which has the function of cool feeling and antibacterial sportswear fabrics meet the consumption demand that is constantly updated and the fierce market competition. This study chooses two kinds of fiber. The one is jade fiber which have cool feeling and antibacterial effect, the other is tencelsun fiber which has high strength and can be biodegradable. Two kinds of raw materials can be interwoven into nine different kinds of apparel fabrics, according to the orthogonal experiment. Analyzing the connection between three influence factors (the raw materials, mixed proportion and the organizational structure) and the fabric performance (cool feeling, antimicrobial properties, moisture absorption, air permeability, quick dry and elastic recovery rate) by orthogonal experiment. Then use the grey nearly optimal comprehensive evaluation method to get the fabric with the best comprehensive properties.
