摘要：

The paper gives a description how to find out the material complex permittivity when it is unknown at all and when the uncertainty appears particularly at some industrial products containing several ingredients. Very simple and well - known theoretical formulae are used for unambiguous determination at the complex permittivity calculation. Experimental results are presented, too.
