摘要：

There are a large number of uncertain risky factors in the metro project as a large city engineering project. The management of these risky factors are directly linked with the materialization of the construction of the metro project. This article articulates in details the identification of risky factors in the metro project, the risk analysis and the risk management. It analyzes in details the possible risky factors in the Harbin metro project to start, and points out problems to be noticed and matching solutions.
