摘要：

With the globalization of Chinese enterprises, SAP has become the first choice of the enterprise information construction in China. This paper combines the characteristic of SAP implementation process, describes the Project Management Method in the process of implementing SAP and interprets the project management' necessity and importance to the implementation of SAP.
