摘要
Two eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids from the rhizomes of Ligularia veitchiana(Hemsl.) Greenm were isolated and determined as 10 alpha,11-endoperoxide-1(2)-en-7 alpha-hydroeremophilane(1) and 1(10)-en-2-oxo-7 alpha-isopropanol-eremophilane (2). Compound I was a new compound and compound 2 was a new natural product. The structures of the two compounds were established by means of spectral methods including H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, 2D NMR and MS.
