摘要
Ferromagnetism of nano-graphene layer within Ising model was studied. All results were obtained by using Monte Carlo simulation based on Metropolis algorithm. By applying external magnetic field at room temperature, a gradual transition between ferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases was obtained. This indicates to a potentiality of such a monolayer to be used as a magnetic field sensor. The existence of hysteresis, was established, which strongly depends on the type and magnitude of the interaction strength between the nearest neighbor lattice nodes (spins). Gradual two-step transition between ferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases near absolute zero temperature, was obtained. The results of numerical simulations are in agreement with the available experimental works of other authors.
