摘要
Mathematical models are now an integral part of the control systems associated with rolling mills. For such systems the process models must run in real time. Since rolling conditions not only vary with time but from mill to mill the models must be amenable to adaptation. This paper reviews identification techniques that can be used with process models. The behaviour of the algorithms is illustrated with results from a single stand reversing mill.
