摘要：
We report on an additional phase noise induced by the delay line or by the ASOP technique in different commercial terahertz time-domain systems. This additional noise increases the uncertainty on the refractive index extracted from a transmission characterization and on the coefficient of absorption in a reflection scheme. In this latter case, it can make impossible a precise extraction of the complex refractive index.
