摘要
LNA is the first stage of the front end receiver system. The circuit of 2.4 GHz LNA is implemented using 0.18um CMOS technology and is application based, it can be used in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. For the designing of the DLNA inductively degenerated common-source topology is contemplate. This topology is used because there is no resistive term is required for matching purpose which in turn improves the noise figure of the circuit. Optimization of parameters like gain, noise figure, input and output matching are carried out in the design. Stability of the circuit also verified. The amplifier dispense a forward gain of 18.24dB and noise figure of 2.62dB with extracting a 48mW power from 1.8V supply.
