摘要
An upgrade procedure of an electronic diesel fuel injection system with sleeve timing controlled pump is considered. The objective was to optimize the injection characteristics over the whole engine operating range. Therefore, two control parameters, the injection timing and injection quantity, are also adopted as design variables in order to enable good results. Several operating regimes are taken into account simultaneously by an appropriate objective function. The geometrical properties of the cam profile as well as some injection parameters are kept within acceptable limits by the imposed constraints.
