摘要
Helicopter live-line work, as a new mode of operation and maintenance of transmission lines, has the advantages of rapid response and less restrictions on the ground environment, and plays an increasingly important role in the operation and maintenance of power grids. Helicopter hanging basket is an important way of helicopter live work and has been widely used. A reliable working gondola is the key to the live work of the helicopter gondola method. Through comparative research, this paper finally proposes a saddle-type gondola design. The performance of the gondola is checked through mechanical calculations and tests, and a safe and reliable gondola is provided for the live operation of the helicopter gondola. The use of the gondola has completed many electrification operations by helicopter hanging basket method, setting a number of world records.
