摘要
Synthesis and optical properties of novel TeO2-GeO2-Nd2O3 glasses suitable for multiband calibration or multicolor filters in the 350-1000 nm wavelength region are reported. Differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Infrared FT-IR, UV/VIS spectroscopy. scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM, TEM) were complementarily applied to study the structural, thermal and optical properties of this ternary system. The UV-VIS spectrum shows outstanding absorption at specific wavelength suggesting that the glasses can be employed as multi-color-type filter.
