摘要：

The purpose of this study is to highlight the diversity and richness of expression of the architecture of industrial buildings in Romania, emphasizing to an equal extent the cultural value. A series of case studies were selected from the point of view of architecture, of industrial profile, of the age: the next phase was carrying out a structural and typological analysis of the forms of industrial heritage across Romania. The results will consist in the proposal of culturally reusing of heritage buildings so as to emphasize their status as cultural resources and their symbolic value. (C) 2013 The Authors.
