摘要
A two-dimensional biochemical sensor has been developed for spatially resolved imaging and sensing with 0.2 mu M glutamate sensitivity and fast response. The glutamate sensor was made by covalently immobilizing glutamate dehydrogenase onto hat silica plates. The two-dimensional sensor has the advantage of capturing simultaneous measurements at multiple points and may thus allow better understanding of many biological and chemical processes through spatially resolved sensing and imaging.
