摘要：

In the promotion of the globalization and information technology, learning boundaries have been or were being crossed. As a kind of expectation on the future development trend of education, "No boundary education" was not only promoted by the technology, but the development trend of modern education and the innovation demand was its inherent motive, which had the vital significance to solve practical problems for the further development of education informatization. Based on the analysis of the present situation of information management professionals and the social demands, combined with the training scheme, the author discussed the application practice of no boundary theory in information management professional personnel training on renewing teaching content, integrated curriculum structure, reforming teaching method and strengthening practice teaching etc..
