摘要
A current mode sense amplifier which is proved to achieve low power and high speed is presented. Its sensing delay is independent of the bitline capacitances. It utilizes self-compensation circuit, hence improving the sensing speed and reliability of the existing sense amplifier. Simulation results based on the 1V/65nm CMOS process have verified the proposed design outperforms the original scheme in comparison by 32.4% in terms of speed and 6.5% in terms of power consumption.
