摘要
Autofluorescence and diffuse reflectance spectral properties of normal and diseased skin from 600 patients were analyzed. Spectral features were explored to improve skin cancer detection. Fluorescence imaging were used to delineate basal cell carcinoma margins. (C) 1999 Optical Society of America.
