摘要
In many areas of technical applications, it is important to generate non-predestinable random numbers. It is enough to think only of the examination of transmission chains, the sampling problems of measurement technology, coding theory, authenticity and encryption. There are a lot of random and pseudo-random generation procedures. This paper uses the noise generated by low-current closing biasing of the PN transition of semiconductors to generate a random number. To do this, we present a pragmatic method that can be implemented simply and inexpensively. This completed application is shown for reproducibility. This article is a snapshot of the current state of research.
