摘要
We have successfully demonstrated the use of polymer-Au-nanoparticle (Au-NP) nanocomposites as hole transport layer (HTL) materials for improving the performance of perovskite solar cells. In addition to the enhanced electrical properties of the HTL material itself, the embedded Au-NPs can also serve as light scattering centers to extend the optical pathway of the incident light, resulting in enhanced photon absorption efficiency of the device. As a result, the power conversion efficiency of the device has been improved to 10.71% from 7.81%.
