Quantum flunctuations in thermal vacuum state for mesoscopic RLC electric circuit

摘要
By making use of the thereto-field dynamics (TFD), the quantum fluctuations of charge and magnetic flux of a mesoscopic circuit including resistor, inductor and capacitor (RLC) for vacuum state with thermal noise have been studied. Thus the dependence of the fluctuations on temperature in the thermal vacuum state at finite temperature can be seen. It is shown that the quantum fluctuations depend on not only the circuit component parameters and resonant frequency omega, but also the temperature T. The higher the temperature, the more quantum noise the RLC circuit exhibits.
