摘要
The modes of a nondissipative completely ionized two-component electron-ion plasma are investigated on the basis of the method of reduced description. The work is based on the Vlasov-Landau kinetic equation, which contains both a self-consistent field and a collision integral. The modes are obtained up to the first order in a small wave vector perturbation theory. Relaxation damping of plasma oscillations is obtained.
