摘要：

We present a case of recurrent renal cell carcinoma manifesting as a space occupying lesion in the pituitary gland, resulting in symptomatic neurologic deficits. Uniquely, there was no evidence of metastases at other sites at the time of presentation. Here we highlight interesting features of the clinical presentation of this case, review the literature of similar cases, and present some of the modalities available to detect and treat this condition.
