The Staudinger reaction has been adapted for parallel synthesis by the application of fluorous-tethered triphenyl phosphine. The fluorous-tethered triphenylphosphine is expediently removed in parallel by FluoroFlash(TM) SPE columns to afford functionalized amines in high yields and purities. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
