Structural reforms in the economy, infrastructure quality are an important dimension of the provision of infrastructure in a country, as it improves the efficiency and effectiveness of network services. The quality of the infrastructure means, among other things, the ability of businesses to secure their goods and services in a safe and timely manner in the case of transport and the absence of interruption in the case of energy. It is difficult to measure because it is inherently related to the services it provides.
