摘要
Maintaining healthy operating conditions of major equipment in nuclear power plants is an important foundation for safeguarding nuclear safety. Focusing on characteristics of equipment operation, management requirements and equipment status information, an evaluation method suitable for assessment of the health condition of major equipment is proposed. Taking full advantage of existing equipment monitoring data, this method is composed of a system for multi-level indicator establishment, and an architecture model for this system based on equipment failure phenomena. In the meantime, a method combining variable indicator weight distribution and fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed, which applies an analytic hierarchy process to recognize the deterioration in key indicators for major equipment in nuclear power plants. This method is shown to be simple and practical for evaluating the health status of main pump shaft systems.
