摘要
We report three cases of fatal Stanford's acute aortic dissections type A that were not or too late diagnosed during pre- or in-hospital emergency treatment. The acute aortic dissection in acute chest pain should be pre-hospitally included in differential diagnostic considerations. Above all, there should be the attempt of differentiation between acute coronary syndrome and acute aortic dissection to keep away from alteration of hemostasis in the pre-hospital situation resulting in poor prognosis in acute aortic dissection.
