Investigations on bioconversion of low-quality natural phosphates

The possibility of extracting phosphorous from low quality phosphorite using Aspergillus niger fungi through their deep cultivation has been investigated, The influence of the nutritive medium, the concentration of phosphorite and the incubation time on the process of biological mobilization of phosphorous from phosphate has been examined, It has been established through physico-chemical methods for analysis that, as a result of biotechnological processing of phosphorite, a process of decomposition of its structure takes place and P2O5 is converted to a water-soluble form, utilizable by plants.
