摘要
Introduction: Research of acute cardiac allograft rejection (ACAR) is important in PT (PT) care. A new method evaluates the ACAR based on the ventricular evoked response using pacemakers and fractal coated leads. We evaluated the long-term results, calculating sensitivity (SE), specificity (SP) and accuracy (AC). Materials and Methods: 30 PTs were analised. The electrograms (ELT) were recorded with CHARM protocol (Computerized Heart Acute Rejection Monitoring) and transferred by Internet. Results: A total of 1384 ELT have recorded in the course of 346 examinations. A SE of 81,8%, a SP of 100% and an AC of 94,9% were obtained. Conclusion: A good diagnostic performance was achieved. The calculated SE and SP are comparable with traditional endomyocardial biopsies (EMB).
