摘要
Safety knowledge is important to employees who are employed in the high-risk industries such as mining, construction and hazardous waste treating. Knowledge sharing among co-workers is one of the ways to get safety knowledge. Using the data collected within 2 industries, namely coal mining and construction, which consist of 297 samples through a questionnaire survey, we examined the impact of organizational climate on the employee's safety knowledge sharing behaviors. The conclusion showed that supportive climate and identity climate had significant impact on employee's knowledge sharing behaviors as well as fairness climate did, while the impact of human relationship climate was not significant. The conclusion is helpful to construct organizational safety culture and climate for Chinese high-risk enterprises.
