摘要
Information and communication technologies (ICT) such as the Internet have brought many changes to the tourism sector in recent decades. From a literature review, this paper proposes to define the concept of virtual communities and reveal the role of these social media in search of information among tourists and in the development of relationship marketing strategies in the tourism industry.
