Let C subset of A(n) be a geometrically irreducible affine curve of (geometric) genus 0 defined over Z such that C(Z) is an infinite set. We use elementary methods to describe the distribution of C(Z) in C(R) relative to the real topology. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
