LEP recent results on b-baryon decays

摘要：
An update of world averages of measurements of b-baryon lifetimes is presented. The lifetimes are significantly shorter than those of b-mesons which is posing a challenge to the theoretical understanding of b-hadron decays. New measurements of ratios of b-baryon branching ratios have been made by OPAL and ALEPH to further explore this puzzle. The results confirm that light quarks play a significant role in the decay of b-baryons.
