摘要：

The aricle is focused on one of the aim of international scientific workshop Global economic and financial crisis requires an adequate response of government and economic sector in the financial and budgetary relationships to be significantly enhanced by new knowledge of economic theory and science. Fiscal policy is necessary to define the principles and approaches to structurally balanced social and economic development. Long-term sustainability is contingent upon strict and immediate consolidation of public finances, while respecting the upgraded orientation and tasks of fiscal policy.
