摘要:
As a kind of novel composite, copper-aluminum cladbusbars are widely applied in electric transmission due to excellent electroconductivity. In this paper, force analysis was conducted for the rolling process of copper-aluminum clad plate; deformation zones were simply divided into forward slip and backward slip areas for joint plastic deformation. Mechanical model was established for the rolling of clad plate; computational formula for the theoretical calculation of rolling force on copper-aluminum clad plate was derived accordingly.
